Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we're happy to accept returns under the following terms:
- Return Window: You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or appear damaged due to customer use.
- Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and an associated fee's. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
- Restocking FEE: A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all returns. (except in cases where the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or we shipped the wrong item.)
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method (minus the restocking fee). Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your provider.
- Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, contact us and we'll help arrange it (additional shipping fees will apply).
- Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos if possible. In these cases we will cover the return shipping and wave the restocking fee. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
